Jorane Rest is a French artist working as a choreographer, movement director, and art director. Since 2019 her work spans fashion, film, advertising, theater, and music.

Rooted in a family of athletes, she began ballet at the age of three, followed by contemporary dance before focusing on Hip-Hop.

In parallel, she explored other physical disciplines such as climbing, athletics, swimming, surfing, and skating, always guided by a fascination with movement in all its forms…

She spent over ten years training with pioneering figures of the 2000’s Hip-Hop scene, surrounded by DJs and multidisciplinary artists.

On stage, Jorane performs in battles and professionals dance companies, while continuously evolving her own distinctive movement style.

Alongside her dance career, she pursued studies in art history and fine arts, earning both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. In 2020, she expanded her practice through theater training, incorporating stage direction and actor coaching into her work.

Today, Jorane collaborates with leading figures across art, fashion, and music. Her work is distinguished by a refined sensitivity, a bold visual approach, and a unique artistic vision.
